The hotel is conveniently located near the main motorway and close to some local amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating during our stay. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which included a variety of options.
The hotel could use some refurbishment as the rooms were outdated, and we found the bedding to be uncomfortable. the bathroom had a strong smell that was unpleasant.

I did not like anything
The service was poor. The rooms we're not as agreed. They forgot to put an extra bed for our daugther. And when we asked for it, there was no blankets for the bed.The breakfast was terrible.

Pleasant enough, and quiet, location, with good parking.
The room was scruffy- somebody had punched 2 small holes in the bathroom door, and staff were not concerned! One of the 2 lamps had no bulb. The air-conditioning was not working- probably set to come on only in most extreme conditions- so we slept uncomfortably on a hot night. Breakfast very expensive for what it was, to UK tastes anyway.

We had a comfortable stay in this hotel with very clean rooms, good parking, and easy access to transportation. The location was convenient, with many restaurants nearby, and the staff were friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast, included in our affordable rate.

Breakfast and the lack of noise.
Inspite of asking for an extra bed for our third child there was none. So I had to share a bed and did not get much sleep. A shame after a long 13 hour drive from Italy!

The Campanile was reasonably comfortable and very clean. Parking was convenient. Location off A31 was excellent. Twin beds were good.

The hotel is in a convenient location near many restaurants, which is handy for families with children. the hotel offers a good breakfast, but the rooms need improvement. the beds are comfortable, but the decor is outdated. the bathrooms are clean and have the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.
The hotel staff needs improvement and can be more friendly towards their guests.
